A cycle of seasonal practices guided by Lavinia Cometti, designed to align with nature’s turning points and move consciously through the transitions of the year.
On March 21, we celebrate the Spring Equinox with Surya Devi: 108 Surya Namaskar accompanied by live Sanskrit mantra chanting and a closing immersive sound bath. A dynamic yet meditative journey where repetition becomes rhythm, rhythm becomes breath, and breath becomes presence.
On May 16, we gather for Bhumi Devi: a slow, grounding Yin Yoga practice followed by a regenerative sound bath. A space for deep listening, nervous system regulation, and inner stillness through vibration.
Two collective experiences of movement, voice, and sound to cultivate clarity, renewal, and expansion.
