DHARMA YOGA
Dharma Yoga is a modern interpretation of the classic eight limbs or Hatha-Raja Yoga, deeply rooted in ethical precepts that includes elements of flowing Vinyasa, inversions and held postures that will help you discover concentration, meditation, constant contentment and deep, healing relaxation.
Dharma Yoga was created by Sri Dharma Mittra in 1975. The practice of physical posture (Asana) tones and invigorates the body and mind, leading to greater flexibility, strength, balance and concentration.
Breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation techniques regulate the heartbeat, relax the nervous system and calm the mind. Deep Healing Guided Relaxation or Yoga Nidra relieves stress, slows down thoughts, calms the mind and recharges the physical body. A complete practice that will lead to radiant health, a peaceful life and, ultimately, self-realisation. Dharma Yoga is traditional, yet contemporary, perfect for today’s busy world
Dharma Yoga is a classic Hatha Yoga system based on the 10th decade of the instigation of New York-based Yogi Sri Dharma Mittra. It is a devotional practice that emphasises a radiant greeting, a clear mind and a joyful heart

BREATHWORK
Conscious Breathing is a powerful approach to self-exploration and personal empowerment that relies on our innate inner wisdom and its capacity to move us toward positive transformation and wholeness. This circular and connected breathing opens a space of healing, allowing to release blockages, integrate past experiences and connect deeply with ourselves. A way to transmute tumult into peace and woundedness into harmony.
