✨ Shiva Yin Yoga & Sound Bath ✨
Yin yoga • Meditation • Sound bath
With Lavinia Cometti, founder of Yogarituals
📅 November 21, 2026
🕙 10.00 – 13.00
📍 Cinque Via del Don Studio, Milan
Three hours of slow, somatic and meditative practice exploring the space between tension and release, control and surrender.
Through Yin Yoga, breath, somatic awareness and meditation, the body is invited into stillness, allowing the nervous system to gradually move from activation toward deeper states of quiet and receptivity.
The practice closes with a Tibetan Singing Bowls Sound Bath, creating space for rest, integration and deep listening.
